Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, and legally allowed to use the Service where you live. Accounts of anyone under 18 are deleted.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. One account per person: don't share, sell or transfer it. You are responsible for what happens on it, and for keeping your Google account secure.

3. No real-money gaming

Baazi Club is free to play. There is no gambling or wagering. Points, levels and leaderboard places have no cash value and can't be exchanged. Using the Service for betting or money transactions ends your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law, or help anyone else to;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, in chat, voice notes, calls or voice chat;
• post hateful, sexual or violent content, or choose such a display name;
• record or share other players' voices or messages without their consent;
• impersonate anyone;
• cheat, use bots or modified apps, or exploit bugs;
• access other people's accounts or data, or collect players' personal data;
• reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service;
• use the Service commercially without our written permission.

Report a player from their profile, a chat or a room. Reports are reviewed and kept for one year.

5. Test versions

Versions from a Google Play test are unfinished. They may have bugs, change, or lose test data. Please report problems to [email protected].

6. Free service, and paid features later

The Service is free. Paid options, such as cosmetic or convenience extras, may come later; the games stay free, and anything paid will be clearly priced, with its own terms.

7. Your content

You own what you create: your display name, messages and voice notes. You let us store, transmit and show it as needed to run the Service. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law. Live voice is never recorded.

8. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, harms others or puts the Service at legal risk, with notice where reasonable. You may delete your account at any time in Settings, Privacy and security, Delete my account (details).

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Online games and calls depend on your connection and on other services, and may be interrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for other players' conduct, or for unauthorised access to data despite reasonable care. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or INR 1,000.

11. Indemnity

You will cover claims, losses and costs we face because of your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. We will update the date above and tell you in the app; continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.

13. Law and courts

Indian law applies. The courts of Chandigarh, India, have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
