Testing

How do I become a tester?

Send your Gmail address to [email protected]. The tester page has the four steps.

I opened the testing link and it says the app isn't available.

Either we haven't added you yet, or your phone's Play Store uses a different Google account from the one you sent us. Check the account in the Play Store, or send us the right address.

The app says "Update required".

Your version can no longer be used. During the test, updates reach testers only: tap Join the test in the app (or open baaziclub.net/beta) and choose Become a tester with the Google account your Play Store uses. Then go back to the app and tap Update now. More help.

Account and sign-in

Do I need a Google account?

Yes. Baazi Club signs in with Google only, so your account and progress follow you to a new phone. We don't ask for a phone number or an address.

How do I change my name or language?

Settings, Account, Profile. Language is on the same page.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings, Privacy and security, Delete my account. Type DELETE, then confirm with Google. Without the app, email us from your Google address. Full details.

Playing

Where are the rules?

In the app, How to Play in each game's menu. On this site: Get Away, Seep, Ninety-Nine, Hand Cricket.

How do I play with friends?

In a game's menu choose Play Online, then Create Room. Choose Private, and type a 6-digit code or leave it blank for a random one. In the waiting room, tap Share to send the invite link. Friends tap the link, or use Join with code.

Someone in my room went offline.

The host hears it once. To remove them, tap their name at the top of the table, then Remove.

I can't connect to online games.

• Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data.
• "Reconnecting" means the app is already trying again.
• Close and reopen the app, and make sure it's up to date.
• Still stuck? Email us your phone model, Android version and what you see.

Can I play with someone in another country?

Yes. The servers are in Asia, so the game may feel a little slower far away.

Calls and voice

Calls don't ring on my phone.

Settings, Notifications and calls, Calls checklist. It shows which Android setting is stopping calls, and opens it for you.

Why does the app ask for the microphone?

Only for calls, a room's voice chat, a random voice match, and voice notes. It's never used at any other time, and live voice is never recorded.

Accessibility

How do I turn on TalkBack?

Android Settings, Accessibility, TalkBack. In Baazi Club, Settings, Sound and speech sets the speech speed, and Display and accessibility turns off animations. See the accessibility statement.

Money and privacy

Is it free? Are there ads?

Free, with no ads. Optional extras may come later; the games stay free.

Is there real money or betting?

No. There's no betting, and points have no cash value.

What do you do with my data?

Only what the games, chats and calls need. Nothing is sold, and there are no ads or trackers. See the Privacy Policy.
