Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Baazi Club is run by Gurinder Singh, an individual in Chandigarh, India. Questions and requests: [email protected].
2. Who can use Baazi Club
Baazi Club is for adults: you must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child is using the app, write to us and we will delete the account.
3. What we collect, and why

The microphone is used only while you are in a call, a room's voice chat, a random voice match, or recording a voice note. Android shows a notification for as long as a call uses it.
We do not sell data, show ads, use advertising IDs, or track you across other apps and websites. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

The database is in Google's asia-southeast1 region (Singapore). Data travels encrypted (TLS). Voice calls are encrypted end to end between the phones (DTLS-SRTP), including when they pass through the relay.
5. How long we keep it

A server job deletes expired data every 6 hours.
6. Your choices and rights
- See and change your profile in the app: Settings, Account, Profile.
- Turn notifications off in Android settings; calls then won't ring.
- Block any player; they can no longer call or message you.
- Delete your account at any time: how to delete your account.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or a correction, at [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
7. Deleting your account
In the app: Settings, Privacy and security, Delete my account. Type DELETE, then confirm with Google. Your account and its data are deleted at once; what is kept, and for how long, is on the delete account page. If you can't open the app, email us from your Google account's address and we delete it within 30 days.
8. Security
Database rules let each player read and write only what the game allows them (a hand only its owner and the room's host can read). Accounts need Google sign-in, and the servers accept only the genuine app from Google Play. No system is perfectly secure: tell us at once if you find a problem.
9. Testers
If you join the closed test, we use the email address you send us only to add you to the test on Google Play and to reply to you. Google Play's own handling of testers is covered by Google's privacy policy.
10. Changes
We will update this page and its date when this policy changes, and tell you in the app about significant changes.
