Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Baazi Club ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Gurinder Singh as an individual operator, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Baazi Club mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
We believe in privacy by design. We collect only the data needed to make the games work and never sell your information to anyone.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Display name — a name you choose for your profile, shown to other players.
- Player ID — a unique identifier you set during sign-up.
- Profile preferences — language, gender (optional), and accessibility settings such as speech rate, animations, sounds.
- In-game content — chat messages and voice chat audio during multiplayer sessions, room codes, and game-related interactions.
Information collected automatically
- Authentication identifiers — managed by Firebase Authentication (a Google service). When you sign in with Google, your Google account email is associated with your Baazi Club user ID.
- Game statistics — wins, losses, ties, runs scored, wickets taken, highest scores, and similar in-game records.
- Technical data — basic device information (model, Android version), language settings, and crash reports (if you opt in).
What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your real name, phone number, address, or any government identification.
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone (except during in-game voice chat that you actively initiate), or messages outside the Service.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics that build user profiles.
2. How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To match you with other players in online games.
- To save your progress, settings, and statistics.
- To provide voice chat and in-game communication during multiplayer sessions.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To improve game features and fix bugs (using aggregated, non-identifying information).
3. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Service:

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We do not control how they handle data once shared, but we have selected providers with strong privacy commitments.
4. How we store and protect your data
Data is stored in Google Firebase's Asia-Southeast region. All connections between the app and our servers are encrypted using TLS. Authentication is handled by Google's Firebase Authentication, which uses industry-standard secure token mechanisms.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — view what data we hold about you (your profile and stats are visible in the app itself).
- Correct — update your display name and profile information at any time within the app.
- Delete — permanently delete your account and all associated data (see below).
- Withdraw consent — sign out at any time; delete your account to remove all data.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in two ways:
- Inside the app: Settings → Account → "Delete My Account". You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your profile, statistics, and all associated data.
- By email: Send a request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted: your profile, display name, player ID, all game statistics, saved settings, and any room memberships.
What stays: aggregated, anonymized usage data (e.g. total number of games played across the platform) that does not identify you. Server logs and backups are purged within 30 days of your deletion request.
7. Children's privacy
Baazi Club is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.
For users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction (18 in India), we recommend parental supervision and consent.
8. International data transfers
Because we use cloud-based services (Firebase, Cloudflare), your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, which are protected by the security practices of these established providers.
9. Cookies and tracking
The Baazi Club website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, and no advertising pixels. The mobile app does not use cookies. Firebase Authentication may use short-lived tokens stored on your device to keep you signed in; these are not used for tracking.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
